                               RESOLUTION NO. 19204
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE SEWER AGREEMENT
                   EXECUTED ON MAY 8, 1991 WITH THE
                   CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON COUNTY HOSPITAL
                   AUTHORITY RELATIVE TO EXTENSION OF ITS
                   PARKING GARAGE OVER BLACKFORD STREET.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Amendment to the Sewer Agreement executed on May 8, 

       1991 with the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Hospital Authority
       relative to extension of its parking garage over Blackford 
Street.
